Home Solar Atlas is building a homeowner-first installer network. We want enough business and service information to verify who is actually operating in a market before we describe a company as a partner or verified profile.
- Clear legal and trading identity plus a real company website.
- Appropriate contractor licensing where required and insurance for the work performed.
- Defined service areas instead of vague nationwide coverage claims.
- Transparent equipment, battery, financing and service capabilities.
- Public reputation sources and optional NABCEP accreditation/certification references where applicable.
- Operational capacity to respond to homeowner requests without excessive delays.
What application does not mean
- It does not automatically create a public installer profile.
- It does not create a Home Solar Atlas verification badge.
- It does not guarantee homeowner leads, appointments or sales.
- It does not buy a ranking in calculator results, editorial content or Real Solar Prices.
- Home Solar Atlas may verify public licensing, business, review and accreditation information before approval.
Why the application is detailed
Lead marketplaces can create poor homeowner experiences when companies are accepted without enough verification or when lead volume exceeds service capacity. Home Solar Atlas is collecting service-area, licensing, insurance, reputation and capacity information before activating a broader partner marketplace.
